user access question / 2 office locations

Dear,

We have 2 locations in 2 country's. Location 1 has its own projects/spaces and location 2 has its own projects/spaces.

Lets say that both locations work individualy but if needed they need to join eachother projects/spaces.

How can this easily be done.... something like a location permission scheme would be a solution but i dont know if thats available.

Any suggestions ?

Just a few questions for clarification;

1. Are there two separate Jira instances?

If so, you could use the application link as it acts as a 'bridge' to connect 2 different Atlassian application (example: JIRA to JIRA, JIRA to Confluence, JIRA to FishEye, etc). You could even use an add-on that automates data sync.
