Hello,

I need this as post functions on the incoming transitions as described below.

Post function     : Unassing Assignee when issue is moved to status To Do

Post function     : Unassing Assignee when issue is moved to status Refinement

 help me with the script on Script runner or any other source.

This is built-in.  Use the post-function "set field", setting "assignee" to "none"
