Getting error on setup:
db url: jdbc:postgresql://localhost:5432/confluence
Can't reach database server or port
SQLState - 08001
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: Connection to localhost:5432 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.
I'm able to connect to db from linux command line.
$psql -U confluenceuser -p 5432 confluence
