After the upgrade to Confluence 6.6.6 our PDF Layout and Stylesheet stopped working properly.
We have a rather simple Layout, containing images and a page-break:

After the upgrade following do not work:
- noprint blocks of text still show up
- images do not show up in the title page
- pagebreak does not work in the title page
