    Unable to export the report along with the ticket handled time like time to first response and time to resolution. please help to resolve this issue.

Could you please let us know more about this problem?

1. What version of Jira / Jira Service Desk are you using?
2. Are you able to view this data as expected in the report itself in Jira?  Or is this incorrect in some way?
3. Could you explain in more detail what exactly isn't working in the export?  (ie export generates an error message, no data in the csv export, etc)
4. Was this working as expected before and something has changed?
