I would like to show a pie chart report on what are the linked tickets to bugs I raised. how do I achieve this?

That's only doable with the help of an addon.

If you count with ScriptRunner, then your query would be:

issueFunction in linkedIssuesOf("type=Bug AND creator=currentUser()")

Save that query as a filter so that you can use it to feed a pie chart.

Thank you for the response @Ignacio Pulgar when i ran your query i get "this Field 'issueFunction' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it."

Then you don't have ScriptRunner addon installed in your Jira instance. You may consider buying it (it is a worthy one)...
