A transition failing with a display message "The call to the JIRA server did not complete within the timeout period. We are unsure of the result of this operation. Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser" and no logs available about it.
If it is a one time error, leave it as it is. But if it persists I can suggest you to restart JIRA.
