DVCS plugin to github giving error during setup

Trying to install DVCS plugin 'Bitbucket Connector' v 0.4 in Jira 4.3.4. Uploaded, installed, and enabled the plugin successfully. I see the 'Bitbucket' administrative menu option in the left nav. When I open that page and put in my git repo, I always get an XSRF Security Token Missing error page. See attached screen shots.

Hi, are you facing this bug? This was fixed in version 0.22 however, I've checked that this isn't available for your JIRA version. Unfortunately you'll have to update your JIRA to a compatible version in order to get this to work.
