That's probably something your browser or computer is doing, not Atlassian's ID system. You need to change your upload.

I had first time normal. But Second time is upside down continue

I used the program in the IPad environment.

I have the same problem on iphone. iOS 17 in 2024! How many years needed to fix this?

So apparently iOS app still have this problem until now. I fixed mine via web browser.
