how to mention all persons in confluence?
Hi @Seven Zhu ,
There is no any out of box functionality. There is already future request :
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-23015
There is one workaround they have mentioned in description:
The Bandage add-on: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/bandage-conf/cloud/overview
Thanks,
Prashant
Other alternative is using the share feature. You can share a page with entire groups, for example even the group confluence-users.
Mirroring @Prashant Mali's response.
Another option you can try is the free banner add-on on the Atlassian Marketplace.
I can mention all groups but confluence-users 😭
