Error while CSV Import

Question

We have a business project called XYZ  and we have a .CSV file which contains data, we want this data to be import into the XYZ project.

We tried a lot whenever importing the data to the project we are getting the below error.

Error importing issue [externalId='autoid-5919845408842923516', summary='"ITSM Integration"'

Anyhelp will be appreciated.

The problem is not in the Summary field, it tells you which is the Summary in the CSV's row which couldn't be updated. Check your mandatory field in that other project and also the log
