Hi There,
As in JIRA, where ou can see all of a user's Project permissions, is it possible to list all the permissions, those of a certain user on all confluence spaces, using SQL and Postgres..?

Hello,
You can use DB queries described in How to list which spaces a user can access KB.
Let me know if you have questions

Thanks Igor,
That seems like the right solution for this, if the Environment was installed perhaps on a greenfield Environment, with Standard Installation.
however, in our case, that is not plausible.
if any possibility to run CLI for confluence, i would have to either search in the backend Postgres DB Servers, or maybe install the CLI plugin for confluence, and that is another Story.
but for now, your solution Looks good, thanks

Alternatively, you can try to create a User Macro to pull such information as discussed in this community thread: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/list-group-permissions-on-spaces/qaq-p/376395
