unable to edit and view workflows?

Hi Team,

I am Jira admin to my Jira instance, I am the part of Jira-system-administrators and Jira-administrators and Jira-users group in Jira. but I am unable to see the workflow under the projects and I have workflow view permissions and tried all possible ways but no results and others colleagues(Jira admins) also unable to see the workflows under projects. ButIi am able to see the workflows under issues(cog wheel)

if I edit any workflow under (issues> workflows) I will get an error:

Hi Alexey,

I can able to create a workflow and i can able to add new status for existing workflows in text mode but I can't able to view a workflow in the diametric mode.

and there is a no workflow session under summary(project setting)
