How to mark each new task as an impediment (flagged)

Hi!

We have a board where each newly created task should be marked as an impediment (to easily recognize them in the backlog). I played around with adjusting our workflow but I failed...

I'm not able to set the flag anyhow automatically. I found the post https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Remove-impediment-flag-of-issue-on-transition-to-new-status/qaq-p/189793 but when I try to adjust it to our needs:

1. I added a post function to the "Create issue" transition
2. I selected to "Update Issue Field"
3. In the "Issue Field" dropdown, I have just a short list of fields (namely: Assignee, Description, Environment, Priority, Resolution, Summary, Original and Remaining Estimates, Time Spent) -> nothing related to flag/impediment.
   I found that in another post (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Questions/Remove-quot-Impediment-quot-flag-when-dragging-issue-to-quot/qaq-p/184570) Stephen Sharp had the same issue but his comment hasn't been answered (in a long discussion).

Anyone has an idea what do I do wrong or what have I missed?
