Decisions Template blueprint does not create a decision register page. 6.5.2. Any help?

but the after Save I expect "Once you save your first decision page, Confluence will create a decision register page for the space you're in, and add a shortcut to it in the space's sidebar."  The decision page was created but not the register page.   [This just continues to frustration and seemingly bad documents/non working application as I try to get to work "Build a Project Portfolio Dashboard". https://www.tacticalprojectmanagement.com/confluence-tutorial-project-portfolio-dashboard/#comment-10511.   This too fails as the "Page Properties Report Macro" always shows "no content".  I've retried carefully with the same results.
