Email notifications

Hi, I am setting up email notifications end editing the template. But I cannot figure out where the line in the top of the message comes from: My template looks like this:

${message.content}

And the message content like this: Hi ${issue.reporter.name}, ${comment} ??Best regards / Med venlig hilsen,?? ${event.user.name} So no lines... And another question. I would like to make the footer in the template, but i want to use the username of the assignee. I have only been able to fin user.name in the message content, and not in the main template. Is there a way to make somthing like: Best regards {assignee}

And here is already a feature request to be able to add the assignee. Watch/Vote for this increases the change of getting this done.

I cannot use user.name in the footer. I cant only see this values:

Hi @Henriette Bossen,

I think, the line comes from the css-style (jsd-message-content), you should check that.

And if the footer is in the message, why don't you edit it there?
