How to make a better design to the help center ?

Hi, 

 

I would like to give a new design to our Help center because it is pretty empty now. 

I want to upload a kind of wallpaper pictrure, and make the view more professional. 

 

Is there any way to do it, or can you reccomend me some plugin?
