Different environment variables values for test, staging and production deployment environment

Hi! Is it possible to set different values in Environment Variables which will be used for the same variable in different deployment environment?
I'll explain better: I would like the variable AWS_ACCESS_KEY to be populated with a different value depending on the deployment environment.
