Repository appears empty after pushing code

Question

Dear Support Team

A have strange issue ,and after some research i found that it very similar with issue BSERV-10791 ,so i appreciate if you can help me to solve it or provide some information in matter of issue progress. Also i want to mention that i have access to server and can provide any kind information needed.

Initially i can provide following information:

OS: Centos 7(Amazon AWS image from Marketplace)
BitBucket: 5.11.1-x64

Looking at the comment you posted on BSERV-10791, it looks like the issue is related to the hooks.

Was there any issue or recent change with the filesystem in the days before this?

If the issue is still occurring, let's raise a support ticket for a full analysis of the problem.
