Jira incoming mails via local file problem

Hello,

I have to move incoming mails from mail-account to local filesystem.

I have 2 problems:

1. no description added

2. how can I set the priority like in mail?

here is an example which works like in Jira-Doku (except description)

To: <a href="mailto:jira@example.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">a1@example.co</a>
From: <a href="mailto:some-jira-user@example.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">a2@example.com</a>
Subject: issue summary title
this is the description<br>

 

Can someone please help with an example that works with description and priority?

the problem is solved:

there must be an empty line before the description starts
