I don't see the Create page button in the header of Confluence anymore, please help

The create button was there, now it is not. How can I fix this? What could have happened?

A few possibilities

* Are you logged in?
* Are you logged in as you? :)
* Do you still have edit permissions for at least one space?
* Expired Cloud License (if you are on cloud)

Turned out to be human error with a matter of being in a rush and not being too familiar with all the icons yet. The large + symbol in the left minimized menu is all I needed.
