Jira cannot anymore install plugins by marketplace

Hello,

for some time, jira do not know how to install or update plugins anymore.
Looking through the logs, I have this error line:

Download a plugin from the marketplace and then upload works fine but it is not very practical.

I suspect that jira will no longer be able to access the "web" because my application links do not work anymore.

I wonder what is the element that causes this dysfunction.

Hello,

Could you check that you have internet access from the host where the Jira instance is installed?

It is not related to application links but more like a Internet access that must be allowed from JIRA server.

Ok. So, the server hosting bitbucket, confluence and jira.
All services responde over internet: https://issues.osames.org

No firewall into server.

Bitbucket, confluence can access to marketplace (from the same server).

I do not know what to look for in Jira to find out more.

Edit: this is a resquest to markquetplace from the server using lynx:
