Lucene Index Files Location Error

Hello, I am looking at my atlassian support tools and noticed a File System error > Lucene index files location and the results said:

 

'Exception during health check invocation java.lang.RuntimeException: java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException: C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\caches\indexes'

 

How do I go about fixing this?

In the operating system, check the ownership and permissions on the directories and files it is reporting problems with.  This error usually means they are wrong, and the user running the service does not have full read/write/execute/delete on them.
