@zhang minglongI three proposition for you to try,

1. Restart Synchrony first and see whether the error goes away

2. Follow the documetation here and there could be several reasons to why it is not working and then try to fix it https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf63/troubleshooting-collaborative-editing-929729961.html?_ga=2.184781482.22257118.1527175542-472483442.1517512418

3. If you are not able to fix it you may want disable it.
