webhook does not fire on transition

Question

I have created a webhook in JIRA and associated it with a transition.

I have verified that webhooks can fire to slack on ticket events, however I am unable to get the webhook to fire on transition.

The configured transition steps are:

The following will be processed after the transition occurs

* Move upMove downEditDeleteSet issue status to the linked status of the destination workflow step.
* Move upMove downEditDeleteAdd a comment to an issue if one is entered during a transition.
* Move upMove downEditDeleteUpdate change history for an issue and store the issue in the database.
* Move upMove downEditDeleteRe-index an issue to keep indexes in sync with the database.
* Move upMove downEditDeleteSend transition to webhook: CS Queued
* Move upMove downEditDeleteFire a Generic Event event that can be processed by the listeners.

Webhook configuration shows associated with the Transition, but no event is fired.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?  I'm following the configuration documents exactly

Have you had any luck resolving this as I also have a webhook associated to a transition which isn't firing.

This is still an issue, has anyone ever dealt with firing a webhook on a JIRA transition?
