Hello There,

Being honest with you I'm not sure if there's a way from Confluence side in the export to Word to display the data in this macro since the cloak macro is a third-party macro from the Adaptavist and this feature (export to word) is expected to work with the native macros from Confluence, so if there's a third-party macro/plugin in the middle this can be a little beyond of the "export to word"'s capabilities.
