Grant Service Desk Project Leaders to manage their projects

Hi,

According to our organization, a Project Leader of a Service Desk Project should be able to :

manage his/her queues
manage his/her SLA
manage his/her report
manage his/her request types
manage his/her components

But the Project Leader should not be able to modify :

Screens
Worfklow
Permissions

Today, with Service Desk v3.11.0 I have only choice between "no management permissions" or "all management permissions". How can I have give permissions more precisely ?
