JIRA starting but not accesing

After successfully installing Crowd, JIRA and Confluence as services on a Windows Server 2016 Datacenter machine, and the services started on the server, the system worked correctly for some time and now it is not possible to access JIRA, can you help me?

Apparently, I had a problem with permissions in the installation folder that prevented to delete the caches, I have granted the necessary permissions and it works

What do the logs say the problem is? /logs/atlassian-jira.log is the first place to start, and then /log/catalina.out if the application log doesn't tell you.
