Hi @kalyan,

The steps is as follows..

Go to your project's settings.
Select Details.
In the Project type field, select the type of project you want to change to.
Select Save details.

my user was asked service desk type in three types

1.Basic

2.IT service desk

3.customer service

But he want IT-SERVICE desk if you know please could you tell me.

For this first, you need to change project type then only the application-specific features enabled.

Like First, you have created scrum project. this is jira software feature now you want to change this to IT service desk and this feature comes from Jira service desk so first, you need to change the type then only you can do.

The second one is the IT service desk only..

You can only change between Jira buisness, Jira Software and Jira Service Desk.
