BitBucket Webhook request giving error "Request cannot be executed; I/O reactor status: STOPPED"

Hi 

I crated webhook on the Bitbucket server, webhook post request is triggered on respoistory push and commit but its giving the error, below is the error for "TestConnection":

 I am not able to find the root cause. Please help on this.

Below error is in Response

Request cannot be executed; I/O reactor status: STOPPED

So the error is happening in the receiver end. You need to investigate what's happening in http://<ConfigGITServer>:8888/monitor. This doesn't look like Bitbucket server issue. 

You may need to check why I/O reactor is getting stopped at the receiver end and the receiver could consume the payload.

You can also use https://requestbin.fullcontact.com/ or alternate tools, to see whether Bitbucket really sending a payload. That also help you see to what exactly the content of payload.
