Attachment is not opening when clicking its thumbnail.

Question

Attachment is not opening when clicking its thumbnail. Only a spinning cog-wheel is briefly displayed. Clicking the attachment again gives no response, not even a cog-wheel.

If I go into list of attachments and click the file there, it opens correctly.

What's the problem?

Hi,

I'm using the following addons:

* Comala Workflow

* Metadata for Confluence

* GoEdit (tried disabling this, but the issue remains)

* SAML SIngle Sign on for confluence

* Numbered headings

We don't use the Gallery plugin as suggested in that post, and the Server base URL is set to the address used for accessing Confluence.

Hi @Magnus Hivert,

Sounds similar to this issue. Are you using any plugins?
