How to change setting to get no mails to me?

I am new here and get lots of mails every time when folk updates. If I can skip this service, it will be great!

1. Browse to https://confluence.exmple.com/users/viewmyemailsettings.action - replacing the the domain name with that of your Confluence service
2. Click on the "Edit" button
3. Deselect all the items you want to stop receiving email for.
