User has correct access but when he tries to login (after providing user id password, page gets refreshed and again redirects to the login page.
I have verified with Jira Permission Helper as well and everything looks good.
These are new users which are not able to login (not even from other device or network), while previous users can login without any problems.
Could you please provide some pointers on how this could be fixed?
