Time spent field

Hi,

I have added Work log(Time spent) field while doing close transition .So, It was asking for filling time spent field before doing close transition that is good.

But if i am reopen the ticket and again try to close the same ticket it doesn't find time spent field in the screen and giving error that Time spent is required. Is there any way to resolve this issue.

Please suggest.

Please confirm that the two closing operations are the same action in the workflow configuration?
