How can I display report with calculated difference between origin estimate and timespent for every task of choosen user?

When you perform a search in issue navigator, adding the column Work ratio gives you a clear indication of where you are on each task. It is a relative measure though (in %), not an exact calculation. But maybe that covers your main need.
