Can't mention any users with @

pepijnpeters@visionplanner.com

I can't mention any users by using the @ button. And with "mention users" via the +-button, I can't either.

Could you help me fix this? I saw some other questions regarding this, but when I try different things, it doesn't help.

Regards,

Pepijn Peters

Hi,

can you please tell us, where do you want to use the @-mentions? Which Jira-functionality do you want to use? Do you know, which Jira-Version do you have? Cloud or Server?

Have you got the global permission "Browse users"?

Can you describe "can't mention"? What actually happens?

No I'm a member of a company that uses Atlassian. It's the company Visionplanner.

It's for JIRA.

pepijnpeters@visionplanner.com Please check your project permissions that you are part of developer role.

Please, answer the questions asked, not volunteer random information that might not be of any use (if it was, I would have asked for it)
