how can i do that?
i have an email my issue template email that is triggered by a custom event, that event fires on all issues, but i want it to fire only on actions from my agents, not customers.
can i do that? i installed script runner for that, because the jql library from jira was very small.
Or where can i find a list of attributes and functions i can use in this jql?
