Time to First Reponse

Robert Thornton

How do I show the time between creation of a JIRA and the First Comment?

I searched for this, and found several responses that refer to "Time to First Response".  I do not see this field and my search does not know what it is.

But I need to know the time between Creation of a JIRA and the first comment is made.

Is there an Add-in or something.  I do see a 3rd Party Add-in when I search "First Response" in Add-ins.  I do not see a Gadget that does this.

Hello Robert,

If you're searching for a solution with an app in Marketplace, then you can check Enhancer Plugin's Response Time custom fields. Here's a documentation about it.

You can also search over this field. And there is Response Time Gadget as well.

Hope it helps
