After import the cloud Backup i am not able to login JIRA

Hi Team,

After the successful import the cloud Backup data  i am not able to login JIRA. i lose my Admin access could you please help me  how to add my name.

directory is JIRA Internal directory

Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2014
