Info box in Jira screens

I notice that Jira is adding little info boxes to some transition screens, such as this one:

However, when I look at this transition screen, I can't see anything configured on that screen which would create this info box.

Where is it coming from and how can I add my own info boxes in other places?

It's done in the workflow transition, not the screen. 

I can't remember the property that does it, but if you copy and edit the workflow that you see the box above in, you should find properties apply on the transition, which you can copy, paste and amend into your own workflows
