Which data do you need?
I want to retrieve data about when an issue is assigned.
There is no particular REST service in Stateoscope.
However you can grab those info using JIRA's REST API.
/rest/api/2/issue/{issuekey}?expand=changelog
This REST service has all transitions and their details
