How can I set group settings for each user ?

Hi,

I Have a problem with group settings. There is a few companies which is named for example "AAA", "BBB" and "CCC". In every of these companies are 3 - 5 customers which have a access to send me reports. Every customer have their own login so " Josh " login like " Josh ".

Now, when someone send me report, it looks like " Josh " send you something, but I don´t know who is Josh and from witch company, or group exactly sad he is.

How can I set something what will be looks like :

"AAA" send you report, customer " Josh " Or something like that ?

You'll need to explain what these "reports" are.  You've tagged this with Confluence - are people really writing new pages as these reports?

These reports are on just simply messages like " Camera ona second floor stop working ".

I Know that reports have nothing to do with groups, but I wanna to find out if there is some opportunity to do something like signature. Because you now, when 20 customers send me something and I don´t know where they belong it is hard.

Who sends you a report has nothing to do with their group membership, unless you build the report to include that information.

Could you explain what these "reports" people send are?
