Can we have a test environment for add-ons before actually installing it.(JIRA Cloud)

We have an issue right now with the installation of new Add-on before it’s been tested.  We need another environment for testing before applying Add-on to our prod environment.  A test version of the review app was installed about two weeks ago and it doesn’t work and we can’t back it out, so we can’t approve or reject requested items.  This sucks so before we install more test versions of products, we need to get another environment for testing. Can we have a test environment to apply add-on and then have it on our original system.

For JIRA Server Atlassian supplies "developer" licenses that can be used by existing commercial license holders who wish to deploy non-production installations of our software to use in QA/staging environments (the same is true for apps from the Atlassian Marketplace).

You can find further information how to get such a license here.

I'm not entirely sure how the approach is for Cloud, but I'd assume that developer licenses do not exist there, so you might need to set up another 10 user license for testing.
