What are the best training courses for Confluence for project management workflows?

We are going to be creating a project management model at our company within Confluence / JIRA and are looking for suggestions on the best training courses / method to learn the ins and outs of Confluence.

my advice: book an Atlassian Products consultant, that will help you define the settings and who will also do some courses for you, individually.

Hi Thomas -

I think we were more along the lines thinking of the Atlassian University classes which ones would be best to take for what we are trying to accomplish. Additionally, do you have any other recommended training resources?
