I'm Punukollu and i just wanted to follow-up issue with my instance.In our Organisation we have two instance and we are importing data from instance to another instance.both instance are jira cloud only.so we are facing problem can you just help us.

Can you guide us how to import the data from one jira cloud instance to another jira cloud instance
The value [ {null=Regulatory Affairs} ] can't be added to the Custom Field [ Service Line L1 -> Service Line L2 ]. The value [ {null=Regulatory Affairs} ] can't be found or is in the incorrect format
this is the error i am facing problem while importing the issue
