Problem when importing a word document

There is result failed when import a word document into confluence

There is a message: "word.import.error.download.file"

Are you using Confluence Cloud or Server? If you're on server, you might want to check the <Confluence-Home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log file for any errors thrown during the import attempt.
