i am attaching screen shot of workflow and ticket and unable to get close button for one of the ticket. rest of the tickets are fine.
please advice what changes should be done to enable the close button.
did you check the conditions on that WFA?
if there is no condition or if the condition passed then
Run the integrity checker via Administration >> System >> Integrity Checker. Fix the error if there is any error message being thrown. check this
