bitbucket to hostgator

Hi

I'm fixing a website, (i'm not the creator). When I used to push a new commit to bitbucket, it was working fine and was reflected on the website(deployed to the server).. When I used to create a new file, it refused to reflect and then suddenly, even the changes don't reflect to the website..

4. I don't use a tool to deploy to server as I just used to push to bitbucket and it was reflected on hostgator. I use sourcetree

Hi! Could you give us more details so we can understand the issue you're having and help you with it?:

* Where did you create the new file?
* Did you push it to Bitbucket?
* Are you using Bitbucket Cloud or Server?
* Which tool are you using to deploy it to the server?
