User change a workflow of JIRA & mark In progress & save- bulk issues
Unable to revert changes like,
Done with resolved marks issues,
To do with In progress issues
It sounds like your workflow is incorrectly setting the resolution on your issues.
Amend your workflow so that it does not, and has a "clear resolution" somewhere in it, then push the issues through the transition that clears it.
