Missing "Add Event" button on from Calendars

Atlassian Confluence 6.3.1

User is missing the "Add Event" button on an existing calendar. The user can edit the page containing the Team Calendar macro and there are no other restrictions on the page.

Anyone have a resolution for this? I to experience this.
